Cut the pay and benefits of all personnel working for the Legislative and Executive branches of our Government.

All pay for any Senator and Congressman shall not exceed the amount of $75,000 annually. All benefits for both past and present Senators and Congressman will be hereby revoked until such time the budget is balanced. Furthermore, no past Senator or Congressman will receive any benefits of any kind unless serving a term of 20 years or more in Governmental Office. All pay and benefits for the Executive branch will be limited to no more than $150,000 annually and all benefits will be hereby revoked until a time when the budget is balanced. All past members of the Executive Branch will at this time receive no pay or benefits for any reason.
