Cut the pay of Congress by 20% effective 1Jan 13, and no pay raises for next 5 years in support of gov't furlough!

Cut the pay of The Senate and the House of Representatives by 20% effective 1January 2013 until 31 December 2018 in support of the sequestration, furthermore they are not allowed any pay raises until the country is out of debt!
