Cut the pay of Congress and the Senate along with there respective retirements by 20% .To avoid more sequester events.

The ordinary people are the ones effected by the squabbling of government officials. We ask that the pay and retirement benefits of the senate and Congress be cut by 20% so that they to can also share in the burden of this bad economy. Also that no raises shall be given to either senate or congress, without an approval vote of the people.
