Cut the pay of the members of Congress and the Senate.

To reduce the National Debt I propose that cuts to spending should be made. I recommend that Salaries for member of Congress and the Senate be frozen for 2 years. After the 2 year period they should receive a 1 percent pay cut for each they hold an office. New members of Congress and the Senate will only have their pay frozen for 1 year than they will receive a 1 percent pay cut for each year they hold an office.
