To cut the pay of the United States President, Congressmen, and Senators to the sum of 25,000.00 but no more than 35,000.00 a year. Also to cut the pay of any and all people appointed positions by the President of the United States to the sum of 25,000.00 but no more than 35,000.00 a year to balance the budget and start bringing the county out of debt and back into the green.
