Lower the pay for the President, Representatives and Senators by basing it on a "pay for performance" scale like what has been recommended for teachers.
This scale will be voted on by the people, NOT determined by the President, Representatives or Senators.
Change their healthcare to Obamacare since it is good enough for the people they serve.
