I believe that a member of the House and Senate should not be involved in politics for the purpose of profiteering, and by reducing pay of this occupation we minimize the risk of glutinous, and fraudulent financial waste. Reallocating the newly saved funds to such priorities as the national debt, military benefits, and infrastructure projects.
