cut the salaries of all congressmen, senators, and the President if the nation goes over the fiscal cliff

If the nation goes over the fiscal cliff there is no reason, the people that drove us over it, BOTH the president and Congress, should continue to receive tax payers money, as according to their budget, there is none left.
