Cut the Salaries of Federal Elected Officials

Cut the Salaries of ALL Federal Elected Officials, and stop paying Life long salaries for ALL Elected officials.
Our Elected officials such as Congress can not come to agreement on a budget yet continue to make a 6 figure salary for the rest of their lives. They also get to vote on their own yearly raises. This is UNACCEPTABLE!
They cut the wages of government employees and take away benefits to the Troops who are the ones who insure they have a job. Yet they themselves make upwards of $300,000 and YEAR for the rest of their lives!
All Elected officials salaries should be cut in half at least, and should no longer make their full wages once their terms end.
If the Military should have to live on poverty level income and then make HALF their wages after retirement so should our elected.
