Put into effect starting NOW not August to get delete Sat. delivery. It will end up saving Billions and the city carrier Union will not even ask us the carriers our opinion. The Union is suppose to voice our opinion not there own.
Also call all Managers and tell them to honor the contracts not break them everyday, either let the Post Masters run there office and use there personnal as needed or delete the post master position and save even more money. If the one boss is going to make all the choices then just need 1 manager at each office to open email and do paperwork.
