The sheriff's Id's in my state are used for no reason can't use it for anything I believe it's just the city's way of making money off the citizens of it's city just think about it you buy a sheriff's Id but then you have to buy a NYS ID what's the meaning of that why just not make it mandatory to have a NYS ID instead then you have to buy a car, and insurance any way you look at it the city or state is collecting money that us lower class people don't have just make a NYS ID, a car and it's insurance a bundle buy once you buy a NYS ID then you buy the car and the insurance of your choice for a certain flat rate.
