Cutting the spending of all members of Congress to a level of less then half of their pay, it seems simple right? They buy coffee in a price range of nearly $10 a cup. Some members of Congress have spent $2 million on bottled water, while some People cannot get food what so ever because they make to much but the rent and water bills take the money for food away. So we the People of this country pay for their spending while in Office when their states are going broke? Why Not provide them food like a M.R.E., their good enough for are armed forces its good enough for Congress, And water could be bought for Congress by the truck load, in bottles, for a year for $2 Million all together.
