For the US government to stop over spending and cut wasteful spending without, cutting, what are called entitlements, they were paid for and cut pay for our elected officials whom, have insider information and make enough money from that, they don't need to get a salary. Redefine entitlements, if you pay into something, it is not an entitlement, it is a contract.
