Cut spending on U.S. Foreign Aid "Take care of our Own first!"

For years now our country has stuck its fingers into too many countries problems. Today we are spending more that 40 billion dollars in foreign aid. Money that could go to save Medicare/Medicaid, programs to help unemployed get back on their feet, and many more to name. The Foreign Aid budget was safe for fiscal year 2012 although our Defense Department Budget was cut. Whats more important taking care of other nations or taking care of our own nation first. A wise woman once said, "sweep your own door steps before you sweep others." I believe that America as a nation should start rebuilding and taking care of herself before she can take care of other nations. We must be strong as a nation before we can hold up others.
