cut S.S. for people younger then 30 and cut payment and benefits for house and senate until a balanced budget is achieve

We petition Barack H. Obama to eliminate all social security benefits for people younger than 30. We must continue to pay social security benefits to continue current funding of social security recipients and eligible recpiants that are 31 years of age or older. After 35 years of payment, all payments shall be invested by the Treasury Department. These funds shall only be used for retirement benefits. These cuts will not eliminate the federal deficit, so we also petition the United States to suspend pay and benefits to all House of Representatives and Senate members.Non-payment for services and benefits shall continue until a balance budget is achieved. All protective services shall continue until such a budget is achieved. Benefits for immediate family members shall continue.
