The Obama Administration should propose a bill to congress that will cut taxes for everyone including the wealthy. If taxes are cut for everyone, people will have more money, they will spend more, businesses will improve and hire more employees. As businesses improve they will pay more tax dollars which will increase government revenue. They should also cut spending to make up for the tax cuts.
