Cut United States defense spending.

Created by K.S. on October 20, 2013

The United States deficit has grown tremendously in the past decade because defense spending. Under the Bush Administration, trillions of dollars were spent on multiple wars started by fear, lies, and propaganda. These wars increased our government debt by trillions of dollars, and ended the surplus under the Clinton Administration. We urge you to cut defense spending, as we are soon to be removing our troops from Afghanistan, and will no longer be participating in an active war. There is no reason as to why we should spend more than $400 billion a year on the DoD In no other time in history has our defense spending been so high in a time of peace. In order help balance our budget and cut unnecessary defense please, cut our defense spending by at least 30%
