the united states was spending approx. $794 billion in 2009 on defense, we occupied iraq and afghanistan but we are pulling out of iraq completely and 2012 projected spending is $952 billion. cut the budget down at least $50billion and spend the money on EDUCATION so that future generations can solve all of these problems!
