To cut wages for all house and senate members, until a deal the american people approve of is reached

This will cut all wages for the house and senate by 25%. Witch will make all parties come together and discus what is best for the people. If an agreement is not reached with in the first month this is enacted. The salaries will suffer 5% more each other month.
