Cut welfare by 2%. Costs are going up. If my check is 2% less, then welfare should be too.

It's only fair to treat everyone the same. If part of my check is going to someone who sits up on the couch all day, I have a problem with that. I put in 40+ hours for the little bit of money I get. It isn't fair to TAKE more away to just to GIVE more away.
