It has come to my attention that 176 trillion dollars goes to welfare. I petition the US government to cut welfare by 20 trillion dollars and put that money towards the US debt. Then continue to cut welfare depending on the actual need. Then require everyone on welfare to have a drug test and stop the aid to anyone that fails the drug test and make the welfare recipient see a jobs counselor every week to help them find a job. Medicaid needs to be cut also.
