Cyber Bullying

Cyber bullying should be illegal to do. So many children have been abused by cyber bullying that it's ridiculous. Some kids have killed themselves because of this problem and the person who made them do it got nothing. When a child feels they need to put someone down over the computer, then they probably have problems their selves. If a child makes someone lead to killing themselves because of what that child said. They should face some kind of punishment because they shouldnt be doing it at all.
