Allow cyber attacks and crimes such as, but not limited to, distributed denial of service (DDos) attacks, carding, phishing, swatting, and more to be made legal. These are all very common crimes over the internet and usually performed by script kiddies like Nicholas Neville of Louisville, Kentucky.
It is worth it to legalize these crimes, because it is stupid to put teens, besides Nicholas, in jail for these crimes.
