CYBER SILENCE FRIDAYS: 9:40-9:55 AM EST Stop texting, FaceBook, Twitter, E-mail, etc until Congress acts on gun safety

Created by J.T. on January 21, 2013

This CYBER SILENCE FRIDAYS protest is a SYMBOLIC Protest to Congress in recognition of the loss of 20 BEAUTIFUL CHILDREN and 6 BRAVE WOMEN who senselessly lost their lives at SANDY HOOK ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, Newtown, Conn. And it is to express the urgency of Congressional action in sensible gun ownership. The protest should continue until Congress enacts significant firearm legislation.

It is urgent for Congress and state legislatures to take action in passing sensible gun regulations in military types of guns, background checks for all purchases, closing gun show loopholes, mentally ill & felon gun ownership, limits on bullet magazine/clip size, and ammunition limits. The Cyber Protest will continue until Congress acts to implement significant GUN legislation.
