We hope seek fair and reasonable compensation
In 2004, dark of the Hong Kong Government bully the weak family (my father was unable, my mother pass away in 2006 and three children, age 5, 9, 14).
My father's litigation is unfair beneath the Hong Kong Government (negligence, used untrue document, bribery), all we now seek are fair and reasonable compensation so that we send this letter to White House and hope you can help us.
Introduce what is “special skill” of Department of Justice, it can make the Hong Kong Government sure win in their litigation, and the plaintiff lose his litigation in the dark.
