From the Dark-side of the Moon Humanity Reaches out to the Stars.

Create an International Space Observational Platform and Low Gravity Experimental Station on the Dark-side of the Moon.
This will:
1. Help foster international relations through science.
2. Help innovate technology that can be used for our trip to Mars i.e. Build a transport system to ferry scientists between the moon and earth, the technology used to build the living spaces for the scientists ,and mining for natural resources can be directly used for the Mar trip.
3. To better understand the great universe that God has created.
4. To create/refine a logistics system that can be used to explore/exploit natural resources existing in our universe.
5. To experiment/develop low gravity industrial processes to create new materials to better humanity.
6. To make new methods of propulsion.
