David Gregory should be charged for displaying a 30-round Magazine on "Meet The Press" & the President should pardon him

Created by A.K. on January 01, 2013

Indeed, we agree that "David Gregory is not above the law; he is a journalist, and must be held accountable to the same law as every other person". Mr. Gregory should be charged for violation of the DC High Capacity Ammunition Magazines code (D,C. Official Code 7-2506.01).

However, in keeping with the substantial public service provided by Mr. Gregory, in an attempt to better inform us of the absurdity of legal possession of a 30-round assault rifle magazine in many municipalities, much less the mostly unlicensed and unregulated purchase of assault weapons, Mr. Gregory should be pardoned by President Obama.

We The People demand Mr. Gregory be formally charged for violations of the this law and thereupon immediately be pardoned by President Obama in recognition of his public service.
