The POTUS should give all military personnel stationed overseas the day off after the Supper Bowl. Most OCONUS military units usually wake up around 2:00 AM to watch the ball game and then report to work several hours after it’s over. No productive work ever gets completed because of fatigue and the excitement of the game. This will not apply to personnel stationed in combat locations or those who work in shifts
