The Daylight Saving Time adjustment in California

Created by C.Z. on October 02, 2016

One of the reasons about canceling the daylight saving time is the climate of California is not suitable for time change. At the first and last month of summer time, the sun rises one hour earlier or later than seven clock. It’s annoying because most of people go to work around seven o'clock and they must leave home in the dark or be awaken too early by the sun. This situation will obstruct the working people. The second reason is the change of time always offers a new sleep schedule of people. It takes some time to adjust and it will also cause people’s activities in working. The third reason is the daylight saving time does not save a lot of energy. If the summer time in California could be abridged from the start of April to the end of October or be canceled, we will feel more peaceful.
