Daylight Saving Time Ending

Created by T.C. on May 01, 2012

With the world now operating on a 24 hour cycle, and a majority of Americans performing various types of shift work, it would be prudent to eliminate daylight savings time.

Currently, several states, and countries, do not reconize the twice a year time change and they have not suffered any ill effects.

We have thousands of workers, civilian and government, have to be paid one hour of over time each year when the clocks are set back. This causes a loss of millions of dollars to the employers and government.

Stopping this outdated practice would have no impact on workers however it would save businesses money.
