Created by S.F. on December 14, 2012

Commission a group of scientists, health professionals, business owners, teachers, environmentalists, economists, and agriculture/farming specialists to evaluate whether or not our current system of a biannual time change (known as Daylight Savings) is still in the best interest of our country. This team would also study whether or not the fall or spring schedule is best and encourage the appropriate states/counties to make appropriate changes based upon the results of this study.

Note: this shift in our clocks was not instituted until WWII.
