Daylight savings time

I would like to see the time change reverted to daylight savings time and left this way permanently. It is full dark by 6pm, and people have very little time to do anything in the evening hours. in texas life doesnt stop because its cold outside. i think even most ranchers would like a bit more daylight in the winter, as well as the summer.
