President Obama has 32 czars. These positions could be moved to existing cabinets and easily provide the same information in a more cost effective manner.
There should be a limit on the number of CZARS a president can have. For each cabinet with a vetted appointee administrator the President could have one CZAR of his choosing.
The President wants to create 3 more CZARS, a cyber czar, a health insurance czar, and a copyright czar. These individuals will cost the taxpayer $200.000 to $500.000 each. Consider each is paid a base salary and have an expense account the total cost is obscure. With the national debt close to 17 trillion we need serious government cuts now.
