We the people ask the federal government to Call on Congress to act on an issue:

De-fund the Drug Enforcement Agency, and end the war on drugs.

Created by J.D. on August 11, 2016

We the undersigned, call upon congress to de-fund the Drug Enforcement Agency. Thus ending the War on Drugs.

Over the past 40 years, the War on Drugs has cost the American tax payer more than $1 trillion dollars and accounted for millions of arrests. With all that has been spent, we are not a drug free society, and we are not a safer society. In addition, we have terrorized American Citizens, we have terrorized Foreign Citizens, and we have encouraged the growth of unregulated markets that have destabilized countries. Stop the suffering, end the war.
