De-militarize our police forces. The pentagon is giving decommissioned, heavy military weapons and equipment to police forces around the country. The constitution prohibits our armed forces from operating inside our boarders. There is a very good reason for this. Giving this kind of armament to police departments would seem to circumvent this prohibition. If you give it to them, they will use it. Recent events illustrate this. Stop the pentagon from giving these weapons of war to our police forces and recover the existing ones. Police are NOT soldiers.
