To remove all laws, bans, and regulations having to do with firearms (including ammunition and magazines) under .50 Caliber and not classified as fully automatic for people over the age of 18. There will be no permits or gun registration laws or requirements. The laws pertaining to where firearms may be used will stay the same, but open and concealed carry of all weapons for people over 18 will be legal.
