The law is to be blind in it's serving of justice. However, this is no longer the case. With the advent of ambulance chasing attorneys, and other "criminal justice" specialists who should be disbarred we have created a system of guilty until proven innocent.
No longer does a man, woman, business, or corporation have any rights to dictate how their business is run without the fear of being sued for no reason other than the plaintiff feels slighted so they are going to make the person who, apparently, hurt them pay. I am not warranting a lawless society, but what I am demanding is our right as people to live our lives without the fear of reprisal in litigation. The attorney representing frivolous suits needs to pay ALL legal fees if proven to be frivolous. END JUSTICE SLAVERY NOW.
