Deal with the Chinese government's vicious disruption of Google services within its territory.

China, in the name of information censorship, uses its powerful state-funded sophisticated network technology to disrupt Google's many legitimate services within China. Google search is virtually unusable on first try, GMail accounts regularly hacked. This is a brutal violation of normal, legal trade regulations under WTO. We ask the US government to look into this matter seriously and take necessary actions under the WTO framework, as well as in the annual US-China Economic Dialogue. Because of the vicious attack on a legitimate service, its domestic copycat of Google, Baidu, has since claimed most of the search market. This is not fair trade and the US government must do something about it.
