It is not fair that congress and other members of our government can just take there sweet time passing budgets and legislation that is dire to people such as my self that live in poverty. It's sad that they are allowed to be paid without doing any real work to resolve the many issues we have all out of spite. If not spite lets just say they refuse to work with one another. This is not acceptable so I feel that whenever there is a crisis looming like the fiscal cliff we are close to diving over I propose we suspend the pay of whichever branch of government is dragging there feet to resolve our issues here in America. There has to be some accountability.
