The housing market is 1,200 up to 1,600 for up to two to four bedroom units & this fee DOES NOT include utilities, but HUD section-8 housing program will only pay 900 up to 1,400 for up to two to four bedroom units & that fee MUST include all utilities. People are losing their vouchers & becoming homeless because affordable units are hard to find & many landlords refuses to drop their rent for the sake of section-8 landlords state that "they have mortgages & bills too!
Section-8 supervisors claims that HUD have not received an increase for over five years. We all know that inflation is a prerogative in this country, but for the unfortunate, many people are becoming homeless.
