Dear, Barack Obama
I am a USA Veteran. I discharged Army from 2011.10.23 and I have been using Vocational Rehabilitation program for 23 months. Now I finished my prerequisite courses at the De Anza College for Medical Laboratory Technician. There are long waiting list to get into the MLT program. I talked to my V&R Counselor. She doesn't know that I am in the program or prerequisite program. She doesn't know what I am dong right now. I also asked that is it possible to study 4 year university. she said "NO" Because You have disability and workload reduce student that You can not study harder and more difficult at the University. My disability can not prevent my dream. My Counselor need to support me to make better pathway or better life but she doesn't support me any more. Please help!
