We have seen the presidents daughter publicly both possess and smoke marijuana-- a Schedule 1 drug. With video evidence of this, and drug tests-- this is more than enough evidence to convict her in a court of law.
Malia committed federal crimes by possessing and using Marijuana. If we are to continue with Marijuana being a Schedule 1 drug, then she needs to be arrested and and punished by the FBI and DEA. The Obamas must abide by the same laws as the rest of America.
Either:
1) Enforce the law on Malia Obama, carrying a federal misdemeanor conviction and jail time of up to one year.
or:
2) Change the marijuana laws.
or:
3) Admit to the public that laws simply don't apply to your family.
