Mr. President
I respectfully request that the requirements for a U.S. citizen to take office be revised to include a I.Q. Test to insure that the people of the United States of America, leaders of the free world, will not be poorly represented by dullards and nitwits. In order to sustain a strong balance between freedom and security we need people proven capable of being able to not only handle the task, but also respond to it with a well thought out response.
