I mean If u build Recycling factory in the Stratosfera. Thsi Factory is 50% recyclign Factory and 50% building factory and collecting every space refuse and recycling. After You can use this materials building Space Station in the Space Factory on the Stratosfera. I mean u will find and can harvesting lot of Materials on the Stratosfera and can use it buildign the Space station. Ok i know this is sound crazy but good idea i mean!
