Dear President , i'm a Graduated student class 2012 from the state of Fla . the have took my rights to go a college ,

i'm speaking for our rights .. even if i graduated with special diploma .. i 'm Deaf ,this state of florida dined me on college , and some how i feel Discriminated .. all what this state wants smart ppl on college ? do something about to change Dept of education statues .. on florida . a.s.a.p .
