Dear President Obama,
My wife, Maria Soledad Leon Gonzalez-Acuna, was taken from her work on 06/29/2012 in Clearwater, sent to Deerfield, and is currently incarcerated by ICE on Broward transitional Center waiting deportation to Venezuela.
I am her husband, Carlos E. Acuna, a US Citizen, and an engineer, living and working in Clearwater. This predicament has resulted due to misrepresentation by her original attorney.
I have since become involved though my attorney, however, the original deportation order is trumping the resent I-130 USCIS application that was approved on July 25, and the Joint motion to re-open that is being file tomorrow August 03. Please help me have her released and not deported until at least decision on the Joint motion to re-open is decided by B.I.A.
