Can you give striving middle class homeowners a chance to prove to you the following with clear evidence:
1. LAW & ORDER has lost in translation during the 2008 housing crisis.
2. Wells Fargo's CRIMINAL INTENT:
- FRAUD in the Origination
- FRAUD in the Foreclosure
- FRAUD in tax evasion
3. Companies do not commit fraud, people do.
4. Homeowners are the victims of massive systematic banking FRAUD. Real capitalism will remain on the ropes as long as real justice is neglected and hence denied.
It is time to go beyond the deterrence paradigm to examine the social meaning expressed by exercising discretion to decline prosecution of elite banking crimes.
