i am looking forward to speak on giving higher education for free.why can't we avoid the discrimination on educational system across the globe. unanimous quality in education sector
i am sure i can educate the whole world for free from 2013 to 2020.There are different kind of methodology in implementing .One quality education unto all Mankind by different steps .i have wrote my concept to many but no one could stand by me rather they disappoint me .but i hope one day some one will come up and take up my dream mission.
As per my plan Higher eduction can be given at the cost of less than one rupee per day.
i have been researching on this topic for quiet some time
