Dear Sir President Barack Obama.good day.I am from Philippines kindly ask this petition on my aunts behalf Ma. Lourdes Limpiado a Daughter of deceased father a US Veterans and American citizen Santos Parcon Limpiado.. he died last february 2000 and we recieve the letter April 11 2000 from treasury tax collector hall of records County of CA.signed by Harold J. Winston Deputy Administrator and Mark J. Saladino a Treasury Tax Collector.my aunt respond the letter just only this year because she dont know what to do and she dont have idea how to do it.she even go to the US Embassy here in the Philippines to ask help but they have no further action and they said they dont know about this matter.we are still hoping that this letter could help my aunt to solve her fathers mystery's death.thank you
