It seems sometimes like the US government is being secretly controlled by Hydra or Lex Luthor or the Illuminati from the Deux Ex games. This is not a good thing. And it shouldn't be apparent to people watching the news, as such implies it isn't just run by evil, but incompetent evil. It feels like they've stuffed Congress and Senate seats with cartoonish, prejudiced fools and cowardly incompetent hacks who are both only pretending to govern but actually working for the bad guys that they can just barely excuse having 'won' elections in their own districts, with the excuse that only the most extreme crazies bother to go out and vote or are given only an option of the lesser of two evils. It feels like prep for the takeover of a Sith Lord Emperor. Please think more and try to be competent.
